Media Center

The Cherokee Elementary Media Center serves as a welcoming space where students discover the joy of reading, explore new ideas, and develop important research and technology skills. Our media center supports classroom learning by providing a wide variety of books, digital resources, and learning tools that encourage curiosity and lifelong learning.

Students visit the media center regularly to check out books, participate in reading activities, and learn how to locate and use information responsibly. The media center also works closely with teachers to support lessons, projects, and classroom instruction across all subject areas.

At Cherokee Elementary, the media center is more than just a place to find books—it is a place where imagination grows, knowledge expands, and students develop a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
